Flowra is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard information when you use the Flowra mobile application, website, and related services.
1. Information we collect
Account information: When you create an account, we may collect your name, email address, and authentication identifiers from Apple ID or Google Sign-In. We do not store your Apple or Google password.
Health and cycle data: You may voluntarily log menstrual cycle data, symptoms, mood, routines, fertility goals, pregnancy information, lifestyle details, and other health-related information. This data is used to provide cycle tracking, education, insights, and personalization.
Subscription information: If you start a premium subscription, payment processing is handled by Apple or Google in-app purchase systems. We store subscription status needed to unlock premium features, but we do not see or store your credit card number.
Device information: We may collect device type, operating system version, app version, crash diagnostics, and push notification tokens to operate the service and send reminders you have opted into.
2. How we use information
- Provide cycle tracking, educational guidance, and personalized insights.

3. What we do not do
- We do not sell your personal data.
- We do not display third-party advertising.
- We do not track you across unrelated apps or websites for advertising.
- We do not share your health data with insurers, employers, or data brokers.
4. Data storage and security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect data in transit and at rest. Some guest-mode data may remain local to your device. Account-based sync, if enabled, may store selected data on secure servers.
5. Apple HealthKit and Google Fit
If you connect Flowra to Apple HealthKit or Google Fit, Flowra may read cycle-related data to enhance your tracking experience. HealthKit and Google Fit data is not used for advertising and is not shared with third parties for advertising.
6. Data retention and deletion
We retain account data while your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete or de-identify personal data within a reasonable period unless retention is required for legal, security, or fraud-prevention reasons.
7. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete personal information. To exercise these rights, use in-app privacy settings when available, follow the account deletion guide, or submit the support form.
8. Third-party services
We may use limited service providers to operate Flowra, including subscription management, authentication, push notifications, crash reporting, infrastructure, and AI response providers. These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy terms.
- RevenueCat for subscription management.
- Firebase or Google Cloud for authentication, notifications, and infrastructure.
- Sentry or similar providers for crash reporting.
- OpenAI or similar providers for AI health coach responses.
9. Cookies and consent choices
Flowra uses necessary cookies or local storage to keep the website secure, remember your consent choice, and operate basic site features. Optional analytics, personalization, and marketing cookies are only used if you choose to allow them.
You can accept all optional cookies, choose necessary only, or customize your preferences. You can update your choice at any time from Cookie settings.
10. Children's privacy
Flowra is intended for users who are at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, you should use Flowra with parental or guardian consent where required by law.
