Fertility awareness, calmly and honestly
Flowra handles fertility the way it should be handled: as one part of cycle health, with honest probabilities, no shaming, and your control over what is shown.
See a clear window, not a magic date
Flowra estimates a fertile window from your cycle history and body signals. The window is shown as a range with a peak, not a single guarantee.
When ovulation timing is uncertain, the app says so. Honest uncertainty is more useful than confident guessing.
Cervical fluid, BBT, and other signals
Log cervical fluid, basal body temperature, mid-cycle pain, libido shifts, and breast tenderness. Flowra shows them in context with bleeding so patterns become visible across cycles.
Body signs are tracked respectfully, with plain-language explanations and no marketing of unproven supplements.
A respectful TTC mode
A trying-to-conceive mode highlights fertile days, supports BBT charting, and offers calm reminders. It avoids guilt-driven streaks or pressure tactics.
When pregnancy has not occurred after typical timeframes, Flowra gently suggests a clinician conversation rather than upselling supplements.
Honest about limits
Flowra is upfront that fertility awareness alone has real-world failure rates. The app supports tracking but never replaces a clinician conversation about contraception.
You can pair fertility awareness with barrier methods or other contraception. The app respects whatever choice you make.
Reproductive data deserves serious care
Fertility data is sensitive. Flowra keeps records minimal, supports export, and allows full deletion. Sharing with a partner or clinician is opt-in and granular.
You should never feel that an app knows things about you that you have not chosen to share.
Fertility awareness is one tool among many. Flowra treats it that way, with respect for your goals and your privacy.
