1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Flowra. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you must have permission from a parent or guardian.

2. Accounts and guest use

You may use supported parts of Flowra as a guest or create an account using supported authentication methods. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity under your account.

3. Health disclaimer

Flowra is a wellness and education app, not a medical device. Cycle predictions, fertility signals, pregnancy support, AI coach responses, wellness routines, and educational content are provided for informational purposes only.

Flowra does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before making health decisions or if you have concerns about symptoms, pregnancy, fertility, medication, diet, or medical care.

4. Subscriptions

Flowra Plus plan options and prices are shown after account creation or sign-in and before purchase. Flowra Plus may be offered as an auto-renewable subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Play.

Prices may vary by region, tax, app store rules, currency conversion, promotions, and platform availability. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through your Apple App Store or Google Play account before the renewal deadline.

5. Refunds and cancellations

Refunds for subscriptions purchased through Apple or Google are handled by the applicable app store under its policies. If future paid modules are introduced, module-specific cancellation and refund terms will be shown before purchase.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse Flowra, attempt to disrupt the service, reverse-engineer restricted parts of the app, create accounts through automated means, upload unlawful content, or use AI features to generate harmful or abusive content.

7. Privacy

Your use of Flowra is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how information is collected, used, protected, and deleted.

8. Account deletion

You may request account deletion through in-app settings when available or by following the account deletion guide. Deletion may remove synced data and premium account state, subject to app store subscription rules and legal retention obligations.

9. Changes to Flowra

We may update, add, remove, or limit features as Flowra evolves. Some features may depend on device compatibility, platform approvals, release controls, region, or subscription status.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flowra is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
