Account access, data, and deletion
How do I sign in?
You can sign in with Apple, Google, or email where those options are available. Use the same sign-in method across the app and website account portal so your account details stay connected.
How do I request account deletion?
Use the account deletion guide or submit a support request with “Data, privacy, or account deletion request” selected. Include the email or sign-in provider connected to the account so support can identify the right record.
Does Flowra sell personal health data?
No. Flowra does not sell personal data, does not show third-party advertising, and does not share sensitive health data with insurers, employers, or data brokers.
Flowra Plus, billing, and access
How do I manage Flowra Plus?
App Store and Google Play subscriptions are managed through the store account used to subscribe. If you need help understanding access, submit a support request and include whether you subscribed through iOS, Android, or the website.
Why can’t support cancel an app-store subscription for me?
Apple and Google control subscriptions purchased through their stores. Flowra support can help you find the right settings, but store-managed renewals and refunds usually need to be handled inside the App Store or Google Play account.
What should I include for an order or billing question?
Include the platform, purchase date, store used, visible order reference if you have one, and the email connected to your Flowra account. Do not send full payment card numbers.
Cycle logs, predictions, and app behavior
Why are predictions sometimes uncertain?
Cycle timing can vary because bodies are not machines. Flowra should be clearer as your history grows, but it still keeps uncertainty visible rather than pretending every prediction is exact.
What should I do if my cycle data looks wrong?
Check recent period dates, flow logs, and any skipped setup details. If the issue continues, submit a support request and include your device, app version, and what looked wrong on the screen.
Can Flowra connect to wearables?
Flowra plans lightweight companion experiences for quick phase context, check-ins, and reminders. Availability depends on release approval and platform support.

What should I include when reporting a bug?
Include your device model, iOS or Android version, Flowra app version, the screen where it happened, what you expected, what happened instead, and whether you can repeat it.
How fast does Flowra support respond?
Flowra aims to respond within 24 business hours. Some account, billing, or privacy requests may take longer if they require verification.
