This page explains how to request deletion of your Flowra account and associated personal data, or ask for help with data export and privacy questions.
Request deletion through the form
Submit the support form using the email address associated with your Flowra account and choose “Data, privacy, or account deletion request.”
If you cannot submit from the account address, include enough information for us to verify ownership before deletion.
What to include
- Your Flowra account email address.
- Your request type: delete account, delete synced data, export data, or correct data.
- Whether you use Apple Sign-In, Google Sign-In, or email-based support contact.
- Any details that help us locate the correct account without sharing sensitive health information in email.
What deletion covers
Account deletion removes or de-identifies personal account records and synced Flowra data associated with your account, subject to legal, security, fraud-prevention, backup, and audit retention requirements.
Data stored only on your device can be removed by deleting the Flowra app or clearing app data from your device settings.
Subscription note
Deleting your Flowra account does not automatically cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Manage subscription cancellation directly through your Apple App Store or Google Play account.
Timing
We aim to acknowledge privacy requests within 10 business days and complete verified deletion requests within a reasonable period required by applicable law and operational safeguards.
